Dharmishtha Mehta

Dharmishtha Mehta is a passionate start-up enthusiast who has dedicated over a decade to working with multiple start-ups, primarily in the advertising industry. With a strong focus on branding and marketing, she possesses a versatile personality and a natural talent for securing business and engaging with top executives. Throughout her career, she has consistently been an integral part of core teams within various start-ups.

Her most recent venture involved managing celebrities and influencers, leveraging her expertise in this field to establish her own firm named AEIOU.

Kshitij Mehta

Kshitij Mehta, our exceptional co-founder with over 15 years of experience in diverse industries such as IT, Retail, Education, Ecommerce, and Hyper-local.

Kshitij's journey has been a remarkable one, having worked with esteemed organizations like Infosys, Future Group, Grofers, and Amazon. As a core team member of various start-ups, he has witnessed the entrepreneurial spirit firsthand.

His expertise extends to logistics and fulfillment, where he achieved phenomenal success at Amazon by spearheading the setup of logistic centers and taking the 3PL (Third-party Logistics) division from 0 to a staggering 800 crores.

What sets Kshitij apart is his dedication to personal development and leadership. He is a certified coach from Coaching and Leadership International in Canada, ensuring a holistic approach to team building and growth.

With Kshitij's profound industry knowledge, relentless drive, and exceptional leadership skills, we are confident he will play a pivotal role in taking our venture to new heights.

Sahil Kapoor

Introducing Sahil Kapoor, an accomplished EdTech business leader at the forefront of transforming education through technology. With a visionary mindset and a deep understanding of the industry, Sahil has emerged as a driving force in revolutionizing the way we learn and teach.

From the early stages of their career, Sahil recognized the immense potential of technology in education. His passion for bridging the gap between traditional teaching methods and cutting-edge innovations led them to embark on a mission to reshape the educational landscape.

With a solid foundation in both education and technology, Sahil has demonstrated his expertise in crafting and implementing innovative solutions. Through strategic leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality, and have successfully steered many EdTech ventures towards remarkable growth and success.

Sahil understands the power of collaboration and has fostered strong partnerships with educators, institutions, and industry experts. By engaging stakeholders in meaningful dialogues, has been able to develop tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of learners and educators alike.

Dr. Shivdasini S Amin

Dr. Shivdasini S Amin is currently a professor at Mahindra University. She has over two decades of experience as a management faculty in reputable management institutes and has facilitated courses in the areas of Strategy, HR, Marketing, and Communication. She has her Master Certified Coach accreditation from ICF and her PCPC certification from Coaching and Leadership International Incorporated. She is the only person who has this accreditation and certification and has been coaching for over a decade now.

She seeks to discover, grow and nurture human potential, to augment talent through the inner examination of beliefs, patterns, and emotions. She helps people break their inner glass ceilings and generational patterns by aligning the subconscious, conscious, and superconscious mind. An experienced leader in creating positive synergies in a multicultural environment, using process streamlining to create and support organizational structures that draw out the true potential of human diversity through customized policies, enhanced productivity, and personalized communication.

She is the director of Education and Training at Coaching and Leadership International Incorporation and is on the coaching board of uexecelrate. Dr. Shivdasini is also a Master Neuro-Linguistic programmer and is a mentor coach to coaches aspiring to get their PCC and MCC accreditation.

A true believer that humans co-create ideas and solutions by developing one’s body, mind, and spirit therefore the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual areas of life need to be nurtured, enriched, and enhanced simultaneously. She loves to work with people and being a part of their development journey and seeing them actualize their potential gives her immense satisfaction and joy.
