2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
• Cancellation by Colatch Media Pvt Ltd: If Colatch Media Pvt Ltd cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the booking, the following conditions apply:
– More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
– 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund.
– Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• No-Show: If the client or the booked celebrity/influencer fails to show up at the event without prior notice.
• Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind after the booking is confirmed.
• Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
4. Celebrity Booking Packages
• Standard Package: Includes a single appearance or performance by the celebrity/influencer.
– Cancellation Policy:
– More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
– 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund.
– Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
• Premium Package: Includes multiple appearances, performances, or extended engagement with the celebrity/influencer.
– Cancellation Policy:
– More than 45 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
– 30-45 days before the event: 50% refund.
– Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
• Custom Package: Tailored to the specific needs of the client, including special requests and additional services.
– Cancellation Policy:
– More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
– 45-60 days before the event: 50% refund.
– Less than 45 days before the event: No refund.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment as per the descriptions provided in this policy. Refunds will be processed only after specific approvals and proper procedures are followed.
